Rental fees
The rental fees listed are for a rental unit of 3 days or a weekend (Friday to Monday) including statutory VAT. They apply to self-collection of the equipment and return in a clean condition. You can download a price list here.

Transportation service
You can have the material delivered and collected by us for a flat-rate transportation fee.

In the Leipzig city, we deliver free of charge from a total turnover of 350 euros (incl. VAT), otherwise we charge a flat-rate transport fee of 80 euros (incl. VAT).

Prices for transportation outside Leipzig are available on request.

Sundays and public holidays

On Sundays and public holidays, the collection/return or transportation of the material by LEIPZIG LEIH! is only possible for a flat-rate charge of € 100.00 (incl. VAT).

Cleaning
If glasses, porcelain and cutlery are returned uncleaned, we charge a cleaning fee of € 0.14 (incl. VAT) per item. The cleaning of table linen is charged separately according to weight.

Shortages, breakage and damage
The rented items remain the property of "LEIPZIG LEIH!" The hirer is responsible for these items from the time they are taken over until they are returned. Missing or damaged items will be charged at replacement value. A list of loss prices can be downloaded here.

Terms of payment
The rental price and any transportation and cleaning costs must be paid immediately in cash when the rental items are taken over. Alternatively, payment in advance or by EC is also possible by prior arrangement. A deviation from this regulation can be granted in advance and in exceptional cases by the lessor and only applies with a corresponding written order confirmation.
 

Cancellation
Cancellations by the customer received by us within 3 working days before the order date will incur a charge of 50% of the rental price if the equipment can no longer be rented to another party.

Discount
For larger orders, we grant you a discount on the total amount. From an order total of € 700 (incl. VAT) you will receive a 5% discount and from € 1400 (incl. VAT) you will receive a 10% discount.

Exceeding the rental unit
If the rental unit of 3 days or a weekend is exceeded, the rental agreement is automatically extended by 30% of a rental unit for each additional day.

Minimum order quantity/value
There is no minimum order quantity or minimum order value. However, we reserve the right to charge a minimum quantity surcharge (between €10-35) depending on the amount of work involved.
